It didn't recognize my account?

During installation NFS carbon from original disk it didnt recognize my account and after few attempts it didnt give any more options and i continue installation without  registration... After finishing installation the game wont work....it says that i have to log in with administrator code or something like that to be able to continue... When i go on web site i log in with no problem... everything works well.. I tried to uninstall the game and try again but after few times i gave up... Please if anybody can help i would really appreciate... Thank You all for help...

Hi @hejzim,

Older games might give you issues if you try to install them from your disc. Please contact a Game Advisor and see if they can swap your game for a digital download, that should solve the issues.
