Is it possible to buy the game a second time to the library

During the sale, I bought NFS Shift a second time. Maybe I thought I bought it a second time (I don't remember was she in the library or not. In the purchase history it is not).

I could not find any purchases on your account. If you want to double-check this then you will have to contact our Game Advisors via EA Help:

Start with selecting your country of residence to setup your contact. If your country isn't listed you should select either United States or United Kingdom.

Now follow the numbered steps as shown in the picture. If you are unable to login you will also be able to create an anonymous case at this point.
