How to connect Need For Speed Hot Pursuit Account [ Edited ]

Hello, i'm Ken Yuuto, i have a game, its Need For Speed Hot Pursuit, i have a problem here, when i want to connect to Need For Speed Account, its say i must login to EA servers, but i already log in to EA Website, and i already put my email, pass, and code to the game, but still not working, how to fix this problem, i downloaded 3 days ago, not purchasing the game on Origin or EA Website

@MgSira79 Can you please try to reboot your PC and Internet (Modem or Router) ? Then, run origin as Administrator.

Also, as I can see you use Wi-Fi connection, please try to use patch cord for the connection.

Can you explain about Need for Speed TCP and UDP port

Patch cord is an Ethernet cable.  About online ports, please check this article https://help.ea.com/en/help/need-for-speed/need-for-speed/improve-your-connection-to-need-for-speed/
