NFSHelper is Coming to an end.
After two years on the race track, NFSHelper is about to run its last lap.
The free helper program will be permanently shutting down its online services on July 14th, 2019.
Download of NFSHelper, as well as user statistics collection, have been discontinued as of Feb 28th, 2019.
If you are interested in continuing this project,
you may obtain the source code of NFSHelper from here.
It’s been a great ride.

As a MMO version spin-off focused on eSport styled PvP only, Edge (also called NFS:Online) is developed by EA Spearhead and based on Rivals yet completely free to play. So far the 5 Chinese servers have started OBT (Open Beta Testing) from October 27th, while Korean oner's relaunching date is set on December 7th. Good news is that you can switch the game language to English now with a community made patch too. So If anyone is interested in trying it out, here is the tutorial video and some guides. 
How to Download and Install NFS Edge
All community tutorials are available at http://www.needforspeedonline.com/help.html, however I suggest you joining our discord server for live chat support from other players: https://discord.gg/RFSUhRh. And if you have read them through, here is a few extra tips:
1. Choose to register an email account, so the numerial ID would be sent there in case you lost it.
2. SMS verification may be glitched for certain region's phone. You can use the online fake numbers as alternative. "Too many attampts" usually means the registration is blocked for rush hours, try another time.
3. For installation, do not use the default directory with Chinese characters in it. Make sure all folders' names are in English letters or the game may crash on launching.
When installation finished, double click the desktop icon or Client.exe in TCLS folder. Enter your QQ ID and password in the launcher, then press that big blue button below to login. 5 server buttons will show on the left, the upper 2 are recommended as crowded and new, also optimized for multiple ISPs.
However, if a warning window pops up like this: https://goo.gl/photos/uhGtRjeTzkdQhStJ8, it means you're required to input the real Chinese name and ID number (1st & 2nd blanks, the rest should be free to choose or fill), which faked informations can be googled. Submit so if it's approved, the window won't bother you again. That's where you're all set to enjoy Edge!
I'm just a player like to explore all NFS series and this game won't let you down if you want no more than quick, competitive PvP.
