Was Red Alert 2 ever digital before? No. But they made it digital anyway and gave it away for free. It was so popular that servers crashed. I had to wait fr hours until servers were up again so I could add it to my library. It would be the same if they were giving out NFS MW 2005 for free. They could do it. It would be a huge favor to the fanbase. Otherwise you have to pirate it...

Need to think about the re-release series is not about the money. I respect the work of developers and better buy a licensed game than a pirate. Do you have the opportunity to earn a lot of games reissued again than these games are worse?

There are so many options now, like GOG to re-release this games adapted to new OS. 

But EA is too greedy, they don't think about gamers anymore, only profit.
