EA account to Xbox Live

Hello! I created an EA account in 2015 to play NFS. Now I'm trying to log back into the game on Xbox and I can't. The account was deleted, I created a new one, but I can't link it to my Xbox account. He writes that only 1 EA account can be linked to Xbox Live. How do I unlink an old deleted account from my Xbox account? I don't remember my email, and I don't remember my password either.
