Did not receive parts from the black market

I spent 35 gold in the black market to get nitrous conversion kit. The gold was taken, but I got no kit.

I bought two parts a.. Intake thing and a gasket.  Never received either one.

i've bought gasoline, black market items, won races, trophies and it has happened to me in all those items... go check my post... i've added screen shots of some of the scenarios where the game clearly is coded to "steal" from you.
