Crash physics

Just in general. Why are crash physics so bad in NFS games? EA proved with burnout series that it is possible to make crashes this realistic. And saying that car companies don’t wanna see their cars being destructed is a lie and everyone knows that.
My gaming experience is 50% racing and admiring and other 50% goes to messing round and crashing. Which is obviously impossible thing to do in NFS games.
I wish EA will soon realize that this is a mayor problem and will improve it
