Car lost

Hi, 

I lost my Crown Victoria on Need for Speed Payback that I had since 2 years. But, 3 days ago, it just disapeared from the garage. 

I contacted Xbox Support and EA Support but nothing to do. I've uninstalled and installed the game, even reseted my console ! 

Is anyone have a solution ?
