So, I have Xbox 360 and my storage has broken recently. I decided to set an external hard disk as the default storage device. All game progress lost, but that's not the problem. First things first - I can't redeem the online pass code, but that's not my biggest concern. The worst issue is, when there are the first two missions - one as a racer, second as a cop - it won't even load the cop one. It loads the very first race, but when I finish it, there's no continue or retry button. I tried like everything - reinstalling the game, reinstalling my profile, restarting my console, rebooting modem, clearing cache, etc., nothing seems to work. Please help, EA support ignores me and this issue starts to be extremely annoying
