Summarize your bug It say EA play error can’t not loading the nfs payback I can’t play now but other game can play it work normally only nfs payback can’t load
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have no idea
What happens when the bug occurs? Idk
What do you expect to see? How to fix I have downloaded and deleted two time already it still the same

Hi @Harith66KH 

When you have a moment can we try the following steps?

• Repair your game via the EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair)
• Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery) 
• Connection and Advance Connection Guides 
• Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
• Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates

I bought it on steam so there no repair but now i can play but the whole game is new my old data gone all …
