I bought NFS unleashed shift 2 and for a year or so never tried to join the online part of the game. When I tried recently it said that my product code was already associated with an account. Well, either I need to be given the access to that account or a new product code or my money back.
The fact that EA actually does not have any real way to contact someone is just a wonder. I doubt I will buy any more of their games, and I have bought quite a few in the past. But I hate to be give the run-around. That's why I pay three times more than att charges for internet, because they have no service or customer support that isn't an insult to their customers. You seem the same.
