Autolog issues. I can't see times of friends on Speedwall. Help! [ Edited ]

Я так обрадовался когда анонсировали nfs hot pursuit remastered, ведь там тоже есть функция autholog. И она работает корректно!! Я подумал что и в nfs the run тоже autholog починится. Русская тех поддержка ea затруднилась ответить на мой вопрос про это. Я надеялся до последнего, однако нет, с выходом ремастера ничего не изменилось

Dear EA, can this issue please be solved for the last days the Multiplayer of this game has? Would be really cool to finish the trophy list before the server shutdown.
