If you know the source of the problem then WHY DON'T YOU FIX IT?
I mean, if the problem is aknowledged, then just do the maintenance needed and reboot the servers.

What is the latest on this issue?  It seems that we are getting back to our old ways of being silent for a month at a time.  Even saying there is "no new information at this time" at least tells the people waiting on this fix that it hasn't fallen off of EAs radar.

Folks, the problem has finally been resolved for NFS:MW, so hopefully NFS:TR is also back to being operational.
