i am one trophy away from platinum. i need it fixed at least for a month. you must warn players before closing a onlne game with a month at least in advanced

Let them help to organize a collective complaint on this company
If this does not fix the game, then the loss will provide them exactly.

I am having the same issue as everyone else.  It looks like a similar issue happened in 2014.  I'm not sure why they don't try the same approach they used before.  With EAs resources they should have some sort of service record of what they did to fix this problem in the past.  I'm guessing a server needs to be rebooted and the issue would resolve itself.
