Are the Autolog servers down in 2018?

I was trying to get onto NFSHP today, and it kept saying that I was not connected to the Autolog Servers, I kept trying to get into multiplayer but the same thing occurring. Would somebody please tell me if the Autolog Servers are down, or is it just me?
