Abandoned Car Not Showing

Never gotten prompts or anything to get the abandoned cars and they dont appear in game either.
Are there prerequisits to unlocking being able to find abandoned cars?

(Chapter 3, 1 Derelict, No super-builds)

Hey @UndecidentCKJ try reloading the game, I know I had to restart my game get my to prompt that there is a hidden car to find.

Also, what platform are you on?
