side image for my gameface wont generate

my front and side images will get accepted .........then I can adjust my front image but my side image will not load to adjust and I cant advance past that......

ive been having the same exact problem idk whats wrong with the EA gameface but it seems no matter what i try it will not work at all ..... so frustrating
