For about a year now I been trying to get my brothers ea account to work. Its not on a existing account and has been verified. But as we try to get battlefield V or log into the app on xbox it tells us "Unable to login. We cannot complete this action bat this time. If you need assistance, please reference help.ea.com or answers.ea.com.
We been trying for a year now to get this to work and went to help.ea.com and talked to a few workers on the contact us and still hasn't worked.
