Nhl 16 Game Crash/Resets

Xbox One: Game randomly turns off. Abruptly goes back to the NHL 16 starting page and i have to hit A to start the game then A again to actually enter the menu. This happens a lot in Be a Pro and sometimes during the menu, since you do not have a proper auto-save like Madden 16 had, i lose all my stats from the game i was in. and it happens sometimes at the end of the third period which is very frustrating. It behaves like i backed out of the game then closed the game.
