The team has recently added a new way for you to directly report players and teams for things like offensive names. I've reported dozens of players over the years and am glad they've made the process a little easier.
You can initiate a report via the Pro Clubs site at bit.ly/30wqjnY
Edit: Changed title for better visibility and stickied thread. Also, players can be reported here. Clubs can be reported using the link @TTZ_Dipsy provided. Thanks!
