Please submit a ticket at https://help.ea.com/ and mention you're getting the Negative Escrow issue.  They will know what you're talking about.

Im getting the same issue in nhl 21. Tried to contact ea help but when they called they hung up after I answered. Now it only let's me chat and I hear that the chat help never fixes the problem.
