How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Playing NHL 21 Hut Rivals on early access, went 3-1 and didn't recieve any points. in platinum level. (div4)
What happens when the bug occurs? Won't recieve any points for goals/wins when playing hut rivals
What do you expect to see? My points rewarded/packs out in my account for the issue. can't reach higher levels because of this issues
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Online

Update for the NHL 21 Community,

HUT Rivals has concluded on NHL 21. The team is focused on HUT Rivals for NHL 22 and the future of the NHL franchise.

When you hit the 50 game weekly cap, no more points will be earned. This cap also includes HUT Champions games.

@EA_Aljo You better be giving all people stuck in platinum rewards better. Currently 18-3 and stuck in platinum tier. Absolutely a joke. I literally am not able to get my true rewards over this. Should get ultimate easily having that many games...

I have the same problem, I’m on xbox and i don’t receive my points after i win or play a game in hut rivals.

same thing happended to me i’ve now won 2 games which would boost me to diamond but i am not getting my points to help me move along stuck in platinum

Same here🙄 Stuck at 270 points to ultimate. Won 3 games, no points 😬
