NHL 18 HUT Failed to retrieve data [ Edited ]

NHL was working fine, I'd taken a few day break from HUT and then saw the recent allstar packs were out so I purchased to largest one and tried to go online after. I received the following error code:

"Failure to Retrieve Data; please try again later.

ERROR CODE: 12041973D56ED33E-0000000000009999-38BC3F61FF18AAE2"

I'm on PS4

I can use the marketplace and auctionhouse still but can't play NHL online. Would really like a fix to this.

Ok so I'm not sure if this will work for all of you but I fixed mine. Settings/account management/sign out/restart the PS4/log back in. Good luck fellas I understand your frustration

When the game is loading up in NHL 18 HUT online... an error code pops up and the game will not load. What do I do?

Me too but did not buy pack i just tried to play onligne i could not but i could sell my players...

I'm on ps4 EU as well and have this same issue. PSN is reporting network problems at the moment, there are problems in gaming and social sections so i guess that's causing it.
