So i was asked to post here for further help...We would love these LED lights for our arena...seems crazy that we are maxed out and do not have every reward available, especially cosmetic ones like that...anwyays, hope you can help

yes, i'm sorry for the delay, i neglected to check

i will send the screenshots in a bit...basically we are fully maxed level 50 prestige 3...can't go any further...for our arena, we do not have the ability to use LED lights on our stanchions...that is what the screenshots will show...it hasn't unlocked for us yet and because we are max level we cannot get any new club bags

My team was about 20 levels away from maxing out and while we did receive LED stuff, we never got the goal song we wanted (the pop L O V E song) and I think the songs thrmselves are part of the problem - there are way too many of them (in addition to other unlockables) for a team to get everything, at least not effectively.

I can't remember what happened in 18, do teams stop receiving xp once they max? My EASHL skater maxed and still gets the golden EA medallion things when I open packs

yeah, i'm not sure about 18 tbh...yeah, you're right...soo many songs dilute the prizes

@NHL_Live_Support i see that you gave all the Chel players a bag with jersey tuck and mouth guard as many had not unlocked them and caused frustration..this is similar...a key feature to an arena upgrade is missing and would love to have it :D
