Cant purchase players from the auction house?

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? by purchasing a damn player successfully?
What happens when the bug occurs? error message appears and I get booted out of HUT into home screen
What do you expect to see? a successfully purchased player so I can do my sets
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Online

I suppose I don’t really know what could be causing this, have obviously tried all the basis restarting or slowing down on purchase methods.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I go to buy something in the auction house and I select something to buy now and i get a failed to retrieve data message.
What happens when the bug occurs? I get kicked out of Hockey Ultimate Team and a failed to retrieve data message pops up.
What do you expect to see? I expect to buy something on the auction house with no issues.

Not being able to buy anything on the auction house in Hockey Ultimate Team, whenever I go to purchase something with the buy now feature a error pops up on my screen saying "Failed to Retrieve Data."

What happens when the bug occurs? I bought Vladimir Tarasenko for 36k in the auction house 2 days ago and i cant find him anywhere. Tried restarting. This also happend with my friend.
What do you expect to see? Tarasenko in my roster so i can play with him.

What happens when the bug occurs? At time when you enter either price ranges or ovr randomly it will blank.
What do you expect to see? After you enter your parameters and it come up on the side and it is blank if you search while blank it will crash nhl21

How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to auction house in HUT and try to filter cards by OVR (I really see this problem related mainly to ovr filter but I use it a lot in comparing to other options).
What happens when the bug occurs? Game freezes and crashes or whole console shuts down. Shut down happens almost every time. Crash is minority.
What do you expect to see? Filtered cards

Having the exact same problem. EA says they’re looking into it, and that’s all I know from a couple calls to them when troubleshooting failed
