Xp level 100 build bug

So I hit Level 100 on my 6’9 130lbs Wing Shooter and I unlocked the fast forward thing I don’t know the name but I guess it’s something that’s in the game when you hit level 100 you can make basically a rebirth build that gives you the option to unlock all game modes and skip to level 50 but it doesn’t give me that option when I make a new player and I already hit level 100 I had hit it today.
