Nba live 19 big issue

This is my second time going through this and I’m tired of it and I know certain other players that are having the same problem. Turn my game on trying to play nba live 19 The One just for it to act like my account is new. All my players, rep, cloths, etc. gone just like that. The second time happened just two days ago was lvl 17 but, the first time was just about a month ago and I was a lvl 24 with the live runs. I need all my players back. I have never used that phony glitch before. All my players and things were hard earned. Need assistance ASAP.

This has happened to me 3 times , from Icon to all deleted , start from square one. this is nothing new with EA and there is nothing they can do or will do as the backup is in cloud storage and once corrupted there is no retrieving a previous backup . we have been asking for a way to backup our own player data since NBA Live 16 yet this keeps happening and they will not implement a backup system for the user . the links they provided will not assist you ! they will tell you to do a few things that make no sense but i have been playing this game since 08 and live run since 16 and i cant count the friends that have gone from ICON to Newbie for no reason ...

P.S They are not even supporting this game anymore , the last update was at the end of 2019 , the game has horrible shot meter lag now rosters are 2 seasons old etc.. 

We all though there would be a live 20 or 21 but still EA has nothing for its loyal basketball fans , not even a update on any progress towards a new version ...
