Has the server of this game been shut down?

I'm Searching Ultimate Team Head to Head With my Friends.

But Message Shows to me 'NO opponents Found'

We completed online head 2 head in main menu.

But We need to complete ultimate team head to head.

Please Support.

Online services are still up (https://www.ea.com/service-updates/i-q) however many players have moved on from 18 to 19, thus the amount of players online at a given time will be smaller than what's on 19. 

Which platform do you play on? If your NAT type is more restrictive (STRICT or Moderate) it can limit the pool of players you can matchmake with.

We'll change our NAT type and matchmake.
