How do I log in to a different EA account on NBA live

I'm having trouble logging out of one account and into another new account. I forgot the password to the email of the old account and made a new account and cannot log out of the old account to log into the new one.

Rather than try to use a new account, you should change the email address associated with your initial EA account:

I switched emails on live 18 and it deleted all my progress an my old email doesn't have an account with you guys but after trying to do face scan on live 19 I realized it is still linked to my old email with no way to change it. Can you fix this and keep my progress?
