Hi, my user name on the EA Platform is [....] and my Twitter name is [...] , and ive tried playing, on PC, the Multiplayer for Mass Effect 3 (2012), yet i get an Error that says the following:
I´ve been reading around the Answers HQ, and found out that this online pass needs to be activated manually on the supports side, as seen on the forum posts below:
I would very much appreciate it if i could get some help from EA´s side and help me fix this bug/error.

Hi I recently tried to play my Origin purchased Mass Effect 3 multiplayer and got error
"An online pass is required to access the online features of the game"
Can anyone help?

apparently if you downloaded the game via steam and downloaded the dlc from origin or the ea app, the multiplayer pass disappears. ive been fighting with ea (wonder why they were voted worse company in america multiple times) for over a week now and still nothing is being done.

i am in the same boat and the email and phone support team are useless. when i submitted a ticket, i was told to check my internet connection. Are you able to assist people via live chat because email and phone calls dont fin a thing!

Thanks for reaching out on the online pass. This is actually a pretty easy fix. This is an entitlement issue on the account. This, sadly we cannot change this on the boards but support can look at the account and see what is happening with the specific account.
Reach out to them here and let them know to look at the game's entitlements.
