mission bug

Mass effect 2 kasumis mission i finish the mission and a black screen comes not continuing the game and i want the locust weapon and i cant get it because of this bug tell me what i can do to fix this issue this is gay and im not homophobic i just mean its * that i cant get past a simple mission with the benefits of achieving such a mission i want to use the locust to defeat the collectors and it * that i cant do * because of a black screen that wont let me continue. fix this or i am done with mass effect and its * gaming. thank you
