and EA can do nothing to help, so save your time.
They asked for my Steam code for the game, which I bought directly from Steam, what a joke.
The link is the solution guys, people got help in less than 10 minutes so may you, unfortunately my support won't do anything to help me in this case. I don't know why I keep encounter Pravallika, guess my luck is bad.

Alrighty! Thank you for the info, I would recommend them to start with a clean system and basic files installed:
- Install CCleaner: https://www.ccleaner.com/
see last section of https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/pc/pc-graphics-troubleshooting/#stilltrouble
- Use the "Tools" tab in CCleaner to uninstall the game and Origin and/or Steam
- Use the "Custom Clean" tab to clean all temp files
- Use the "Registry" tab to Scan for Issues then clean/repair registry
- install Visual C++: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads
- install .NET Framework: https://dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet-framework
- check and install latest Windows and video driver updates
- reinstall Origin and/or Steam and game
- Try again.
