Xbox player with EA Acces can’t use the multiplayer because of online pass

Hi so whatever i do , restart the console , the game , uninstall the game download again , i tried checking reasy to download addons updates on my console nothing , i still get the error saying i need online pass when trying to purchase one and i can’ get it , i tride the microsoft store but it says it’s unavailable , can’t you give me a key or something ea how should i do this

I had a similar issue with ME3 on XBOX ONE, though different circumstances (wasn't through EA Access).  I'm struggling to remember the steps, but it amounted to signing out of my account while in game, then re-signing in.  Then all of a sudden it worked.  Again, don't remember the exact steps, but something like this:

1) Go in game

2) sign out of your profile (while in game)

3) re-sign in to your profile (while still in game??)

Otherwise, there have been numerous similar queries (here and reddit).  Some solved (with different solutions!), some not.  So you may want to google and try those various "fixes".  And, last resort, try help.ea.com.
