Tali's father hologram not showing up [ Edited ]

I've encountered two glitches when playing the loyalty mission of Tali, both involving her father, Rael Zorah.

First, the hologram that should come out of Rael's omni-tool doesn't appear, so I only hear the audio but the characters still look towards where the hologram was supposed to be.

Then, when finding the quarian log where Tali's father is talking with other two quarians, his model in the video won't show up either, but only his, the other quarians can still be seen. Once again only the voice of Rael can be heard.

This is really annoying so does anyone knows how to fix it?

It's reproducable. I believe the hologram only shows up if you don't hug Tali.

I have the same bug on PS4.

It's quite awkward watching 2 quarians talking to an empty spot on that recording
