OK, lets start with the first one.

Follow this manual to the letter to cleanly uninstall all NVIDIA components.
Install the graphics driver and GFE. > Go online.
Test.

Did it, unfortunately nothing.

Btw, I just installed GFE during this - never really used it - and it actually doesn't show ME2 in the Games & Apps (I don't know if it should, thought I'd mention).
