Mass effect 2/3

Just bought just about all of the dlc for mass effect 2/3 for Xbox one, I was charged Twice. Mass effect 2 shows everything ready to download on the in game menu. Doesn't let me download from in game and doesn't let me download from Xbox marketplace either. Manage game and add-ons doesn't show then ready to install. Some dlc working fine but me2 genesis Me2 overlord me2 shadow broker me3 omega won't download. And me3 doesn't even show them as bought in-game neither. Can anyone help

You should contact xBox support first. It is Microsoft's shop
