receiving twitch prime legends

When i got twitch prime, it said that im gonna get a legend every saturday. So when i opened my madden today, i got andre reed. Does that mean that im not getting my legend tomorrow or its normal (btw, its my first week of prime).

i think twitch player is released every friday and the other legend saturday.

Summarize your bug Twitch Legends have stopped downloading. I received the first 5 after I linked accounts, but haven't received the last 3. EA claims it's a Twitch Prime problem, Twitch claims it's an EA problem. I've gone through BOTH companies CANNED TROUBLE SHOOTING and have confirmed that my accounts are still properly linked. NO FIX! Has anyone else had a similar issue?
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Check my account. The downloads have stopped happening.
What happens when the bug occurs? No players show up when they should weekly.
What do you expect to see? My Twitch Prime Legend packs appearing on Fridays/Saturdays.

My Prime Legends have not downloaded for the last two weeks. My EA account IS correctly linked to my Twitch account. I received 4 players previously, but for some reason they have stopped showing up for the past two weeks (Lawrence Taylor & Ed "Too Tall" Jones).

I HAVE ALREADY CONTACTED EA to ensure that it is NOT an EA issue. EA CONFIRMED that my accounts ARE LINKED CORRECTLY (see attachment), and that this is ABSOLUTELY a Twitch issue. 

***I have previously contacted Twitch and run through ALL OF YOUR CANNED "Help/Trouble Shooting". 

As you can see from the attached screen shots YOUR WEBSITE tells me that they have been added to my account (see attachment).
