getting kicked from mut squads games

EA please it’s been a week me and my friends cannot go into MUT Squad without being kicked out. We work a lot and our only way to connect is that Gap and it’s being ruined and I need EA to please contact me or fix this problem. I pay to play this game and believe it is not fair how long this issue has occurred

Got kicked from a legends game with :15 seconds left in 4th and then again in a solo battle game with just over a minute left and got a dnf this would have put me over the next rung up in rank   Already unable to play season because of servers but this is getting Ridiculous
