franchise offline mode won't load for me. [ Edited ]

After I play a game in franchise mode it will take me to the main menu once I have completed the game, I then select continued franchise or go and try to load my saved franchise but it won't load it and I have to turn the Xbox off then back on and then I can get into my franchise but it won't save the game I justed played and I have to play it all over again.

Yea same thing is happening to me smh. 9 year franchise with the Jags, won an SB, relocated them then won another SB. Playoff contenders now every time I try going on it, it makes it seem like it’s loading then just goes back out.

This could be related to caching. Please follow these steps below. I'm going to close down this discussion as it's quite old, please create a new post if you still need help.

How to power cycle your Xbox console:

1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button  on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
2. Unplug the console’s power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

1. Plug the console power cable back in.
2. Press the Xbox button  on your console to turn on the Xbox One.
