Xbox One Auction House Glitch

I experienced an issue on the Xbox 1 auction house. I recently sold my 99 FS Charles Woodson, thinking I would save up for Taylor. I then went offline. When I came back online I checked to see if it had sold, and it appeared that it had because it gave me the notification telling me that it had sold for 1.15m. However, I noticed that my coins had not changed. I rechecked my auctions tab and it showed that it was closed on 1 bid for 1.15m. It has been 3 hours or so since I put it up and 1 hour since it "sold". I'm not aware if EA could replace the card or possibly give me the coins I should have received but this is an upsetting glitch that scammed me of a million plus coins. I would appreciate any help, thank you to anyone with information
