Will the franchise crashing problem be addressed?

Its pathetic an established game mode from a multi million dollar company is crashing constantly. Even on titles a few years old this shouldn’t be happening. You charge for the servers in the price of your games. Either stop offering these “updated” game modes and charge less. (I.E. franchise mode would no longer hook up to the internet to update rosters for the current year etc.) or follow through on your promises. Words mean nothing lets see some action.

Looks like you posted under the "Other Madden Games" boards. Which Madden title are you referring to, Madden 20? I'm sorry to hear it's crashing on you though, we'll do what we can to help you avoid that. Which platform do you play on as well?
