Why do packs sucks?

Why do we keep getting silver cards? There's no use for them! The elite cards '80-83' sucks. Where is the value? I spent 160,000 coins of hard work and pulled silver gold and low elites no limit time cards. Nothing of value nothing worth my hard work in this game. Dumb game. So disappointed and dissatisfied!!
