Why can't white players have long hair?

Black players get long dreadlocks, but white players don't have any equivalent. Why is this the case when the ACTUAL NFL has players like Matthews (Packers) who had or have hair the length of their back?

Is this a racist game why are all the black rookie defensive back and wide receiver being stereotype. All of them have dreadlocks this needs to be addressed
