Ultimate Edition Code doesnt give pakcs

Hi I redeemed the code that came with Madden 15 Ultimate Edition however I've yet to recieve any packs...The code has been redeemed as I tried to redeem is again. I recived the draft pack but nothing else...I've tried what the other posts have said to do but nothing has helped..please help!
