Salary cap mode

Is there a way to remove yourself from salary cap mode? I do not have the players to play the mode and it is preventing me to play anything else inside of ultimate team because it is continuing to say something about salary cap. I’ve had this issue for about a week now and just want out of the salary cap mode.
