On the companion app on mobile when I sign in it ask me to verify to make sure it’s me but I have to verify through email. The problem is that when I click send code the code never arrives in my inbox spam or junk folder. I know it is the right email because I can sign in on ea.com but I can’t receive emails from the companion app

It sounds like you might be logging into a different EA account by mistake.
