No payout on Objective (98 Set Competions)

I was not paid on the "Complete 2 Unique Offense 98 PH Sets" and the "Complete 6 Unique Offense 98 PH Sets." I was paid on the 4 sets... The first time I thought maybe I just didn't see it.. but today with the completion of the 6 set objective I definitely received no payout/quick coin pack (75K). No unopened packs. Please advise if I am missing something.
