No code for extra content

I pre-ordered and Picked up 2 copies of Madden 18 Goat edition. One of them has the code to download the extra content, the other one was BLANK!! Both are on Xbox one. One happy child, one unhappy child! I tried calling Game stop where I purchased them, but since I have opened the sealed box, they cannot help!!!
