Mut 16 redemption sets not letting me add to receive bonus packs!

Redemption not allowing me to add my pack to receive bonus? I received them from solos? Can they not be used to receive bonus pack? Once I click to add it acts like I don't have 1 n try's to take me to auction but not available there. Any help?thx
